Our Full Wedding Planning package takes away all the stress as we handle all of the necessary logistics and details, so you can just help with making the fun decisions. This package is ideal for clients who would like assistance from planning, choosing a venue, vendor selections, and staying on track and budget throughout the process.

Step 1. The Initial Discovery Call Schedule an Initial Discovery Call to kick off your event planning. Complete our Intake Questionnaire and get on our schedule.

Step 2. The Consultation After your Initial Discovery Call with us, we recommend a one-hour Event Consultation, so we learn more about your event vision, must-haves, and theme. We also complete a walk-through of the venue, clarify the full scope of the work and budget.

Step 3. The Planning Process at PED we are dedicated to our client's satisfaction, we strategically plan every Event to meet timelines, budget, and vision. We make every Event special and unforgettable while producing an extraordinary, memorable, authentic occasion. Partial Wedding Planning

Our Partial Wedding Planning package is perfect for those who have started planning their event but need help from an experienced event planner to pull everything together. Let our team guide you as we work together to collaborate on your special event!

  Wedding Design and Decor

Prominent Events & Designs will create a custom one-of-a-kind wedding design that is sure to wow you and your guests. With bespoke pieces, an array of different design styles, the perfect functional floor layout and elegance; your design is sure to stand out. We take pride in getting to know our couples and incorporating their true personalities into each prominent design. The decor of your wedding and leaving no detail untouched is our goal! We will create a perfect color combo of your choice that can transform any room into style and grace. Luxurious yet affordable decor and design is the Prominent way! Day of Coordination

This package is ideal for clients who have planned their event but would like an experienced professional to oversee the final details and execution of the event.

Step 1. The Initial Discovery Call Schedule an Initial Discovery Call to kick off your partial event planning. Complete our Intake Questionnaire and get on our schedule.

Step 2. The Consultation After your Initial Discovery Call with us, we recommend a one-hour Event Consultation, so we learn more about your event vision, must-haves, and theme. We also complete a walk-through of the venue, clarify the full scope of the work and event budget.

Step 3. Day-Of Coordination at PED we want to play an active role in your special occasion. After all the decisions have been solidified, our team oversees the event. The Day-Of Coordination includes: *Unlimited emails and phone calls * Attend final walk-through at the venue * Attend ceremony rehearsal *Oversee Vendor and Event Details 

Hourly Consultations 

THE DIY BRIDE  Clients who would like a trusted professional to assist in helping make decisions. Hourly consultation includes: 2 hours of questions that will be answered, discussion of your event vision, theme, and colors. We provide recommendations for venues, budgets, and vendors. Following the consultation, we will provide a written follow-up summary. 

Hosts 1 hour minimum 

Do you need someone friendly, energetic, well-spoken and confident, then hire a host! We make your guest and attendees feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. We help create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for your guest.
